Shooting a basketball is a technical skill that requires expert teaching and disciplined repetition. Typically a great shooter develops a set shot until about grade 9 and then transitions into a jump shot. There are very few people that can teach players how to shoot a proper set shot, much less teach them how to transition from a set shot to a jump shot. If your son or daughter is highly motivated, and willing to learn, then call me and we can discuss a specific plan.
Sincerely, Coach Tom Diener, (414) 394-5306.
